I'm a personal trainer, strength coach, and nutrition coach based in the UK. I work with people online — building programmes and coaching habits that fit around real life, not an idealised version of it.
I'm also in my 50s. That's not incidental. It means I'm not coaching this demographic from the outside. The pressures of this stage — the full weeks, the competing demands, the body that recovers differently than it did at 35 — I know them because I live them.
My background spans personal training, nutrition, and health science. I'm currently completing a Biomedical Science degree at London Metropolitan University, with a focus on how the body actually works — not how we've been told it works. That distinction matters to me.
On the nutrition side, I work from a non-diet, health-led philosophy. No restriction. No rules designed to make you feel guilty. The goal is a body that functions well and a relationship with food that isn't a source of stress.
On the training side, I believe strength work done consistently over time is one of the most valuable things a person can do for their long-term health. Not for aesthetics. Not for performance at 25. For staying capable, mobile, and independent for as long as possible.
