How it works
Month 1 — baseline. We look at what you're currently eating, where the gaps are, and build a realistic starting point.
Month 2 — build. Habits are forming. We adjust based on what's working and what isn't.
Month 3 — embed. The aim is that by month 3 this is just how you eat — not something you're consciously following.
Investment
£147/month — minimum 3-month commitment.
Pay 3 months upfront: £399 (saving £42).
Rolling monthly or renew at £399 per 3-month block thereafter.
